Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier to locate the shipment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
