Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business day
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We currently ship throughout the United States.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. MUCK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
